  2. The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the tour completion.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • A valid booking reference or receipt must be provided.
  • The reason for dissatisfaction must be clearly stated in your request.
  • Refunds are applicable only to the cost of the tour service itself; other expenses (e.g., third-party activities, transportation not included in the tour package) are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time unless there are extraordinary circumstances.
